Get the U.S. Army’s new Physical Training Manual TC 3-22.20 this manual was released in March of 2010 and it focuses on the need to be physically fit in order to fight and win in combat. The new PRT manual is packed with just about every exercise that you can imagine. Getting rid of all those worthless rotations is one of the changes that was made to the Physical Training Program and many of these changes have started to take place.
